1. This addon lets you write macros up to 1023 characters long, and still have their icons update normally when you drag them to the action bar. If you're running low on macro slots, it also lets you write character-specific Long Macros, and have them take up an account-wide blizzard macro slot instead, or vice-versa!

Equips an item in your inventory to a specific slot.

Usage

This command accepts secure command options. The value associated with the first satisfied condition will be interpreted as described below. If no conditions are satisfied, no action will be performed.

I have a macro for every warrior ability that requires a shield (i.e. Shield Bash, Shield Block). I also have a separate Weapon Swap macro that allows me to switch 2H, Sword and Board and Off Hand (Dual Wield). I am trying to build a macro that refers to my Weapon Swap macro instead of updated each macro every time I obtain a new weapon/shield. I have seen a diagram of equipment slot numbers before, and I have since forgotten where I ran across it. When I switch specs, I am currently using a macro to switch the weapons I wield, but I would also like to be able to switch armor with the same macro as well. This is my macro switching into PvE & combat spec: /equipslot 16 Seven-Fingered Claws.

Arguments

Wow Classic Macro Equip Trinket Slot

InvSlot

The numeric slot on your character to equip the item to.

item

The name of the item to be equipped.

BagID slot

The bag the item is in (0 is backpack, etc...), and the bag slot number, starting at 1.
