What’s special?

Playtech have ploughed a lot of features into this game, but you wouldn’t think this because the screen is uncluttered allowing for a pleasurable gaming experience. The screen offers a roulette wheel to the top and the betting table to the lower half. Bets offered are standard European bets inside and outside bets of; straight, column, odd/even, red/black, 1to 18/ 19 to 38, 1^st 12, 2^nd 12 and 3^rd 12.

You can customise the tablecloth to suit your preference and the auto play feature allows you to set your favourite bets and sit back whilst the game plays automatically for your selected amount of spins.

When you hover your mouse over the various betting options on the table, you will be shown a handy little status bar that states the min and max bets along with the amount you will receive should that bet be a winning bet. There are options to select another bet, rebet or double your previous bet.

We were less than impressed with the betting limits of 25.00 – but this could work in player’s favour. Place a range of straight bets at 25.00 and you will give yourself more chances of winning a decent bet – as straight bets offer the biggest return of 35:1. Playtech have designed Premium Roulette Pro to be uncluttered, this makes it even easier to place your bets without being distracted by so many different options on your screen.

Test out Premium French Roulette below. We have to say, this is one of our favourite variants to play. It’s got a great design (without being overly fancy).

It’s fast to play and being French roulette (a version of European Roulette with one zero pocket), it plays “La Partage” which means you get half of of your even money bet back (red, black etc) if the ball lands in the zero well- it’s similar to the “En Prison” rule. This means you’ll enjoy high odds here, as the house edge can go as low as 1.3% (So 98.7% payout). For roulette, this isn’t bad at all- and is approaching the odds you’ll get at tradionally player friendly games like blackjack and baccarat. Premium French Roulette has all the Call Bets like Jeu Zero, Tiers du Cylinder and Voisins du Zero. Just click on the “Announce Bets” button.
